Terms & Conditions

By using our website or placing an order, you agree to the following terms. Lusso Living Ltd is a registered company in England and Wales.
Orders: All beds and mattresses are made to order. Complimentary options (fabric, storage, standard headboard heights) are included in the price and cannot be changed after confirmation. Bespoke requests (non-standard headboard heights, custom fabrics, dimensions) are non-refundable.
Cancellations & Refunds: Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours only if production has not started. If production has begun, cancellation is not possible. Refunds follow our Refund Policy.
Pricing & Payment: All prices are in GBP, inclusive of VAT. Full payment is required at order via Shopify checkout or approved finance.
Payments are processed securely. Confirmed orders honour the price at purchase.  Finance: Finance is provided by approved third-party lenders. Applications are subject to status and credit checks. By choosing finance, you enter into a separate agreement with the lender. Lusso Living is not responsible for approval, schedules, or terms. Cancelling finance does not cancel an active order.
Delivery: UK mainland delivery is free. Ireland surcharge £100. Standard 7–10 working days; bespoke up to 2 weeks. Missed delivery: £30 (first), £50 (second).
Access & Assembly: Assembly service £50. Customers must ensure safe access. If unsafe or impossible, the assembly fee is refunded in full. Delivery remains free to the nearest safe point. Missed assembly may incur re-attendance fees.
Inspection & Damages: Issues must be reported within 24 hours of delivery with photographs. Verified faults result in repair, replacement, or refund.
Product Care: Items are quality checked before dispatch. Follow care guidance. Misuse or neglect may void remedies. Natural variations in fabric tone/texture are not faults.
Liability: We are not liable for delays beyond our control. Liability is limited to the cost of the product purchased.
Intellectual Property: All branding, designs, product names, and imagery are the property of Lusso Living Ltd. They may not be reproduced without permission.
Website & Shopify: Our site is hosted on Shopify, which securely stores data and processes payments. Content may be updated without notice.
Governing Law: These terms are governed by English law. Courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction.
